Nothing much to do at the moment, except for preparation work for bcomm individual presentation... Anyway, in probably less than 10mins, its gonna be chinese new year. Am I excited? Not really. It's a good time for families to gather, but then, everything feels so awkward during this day. I'm sure some of my readers (if there's actually someone reading), feel this way too. I'm not exactly in the mood for chinese new year this time, partially because there are so much work to do, even though I'm sure I've completed at least half of them. It's just those feelings where you feel like there's still something undone, though what you should have completed, have already been completed. On top of acad matters, I'm having some relationship problems at the moment. Sometimes, I just wish that I'm better looking, so that girls I like, will fall for me too. But I guess that's not possible. I feel like a failure. I'm not good at anything, I have a lousy attitude. Why don't I just kill myself?

I think I'm getting very stressed up. 4 more presentations for this semester... Like siao leh. But heng only one of them is an individual de.

Fixed Charmian's computer last night and passed it to her this morning. Then after that I was busying typing out my almost 1K word analysis for MIEC article. Zai right? Took me two days to do it and 2 cans of red bull. LOL. I should drink red bull when exams are nearer, easier for me to concentrate :)

After doing MIEC stuff, I was tweaking the visuals of my notebook. I'm dead sure it looks super nice right now. LOL, I was modifying explorer.exe just now. Then something went wrong. Heng I did a back up of the original copy. If not, GG.com liao.

Thinking of revising BLaw, but then the sight of the book makes me super sian. How to study like that? Aiya, I confirm flunk my Blaw de. Study so hard like no use. ):

Really admire those people who can not study and still get a 4.0 . How I wish I'm like them :/

So much project work to do that I don't even know if I have time to meet my friends or not leh.

Finished by Business Law common test today. I'll go straight to the point. I've never walked out of the examination hall with such uncertainty in poly before. I'm not sure if my answers are correct or not, but I'm definite that my grades will deteriorate this semester. Am I inferior to others? Maybe. But I don't want to be. I want to be better than the rest, I want to have academic results that I'm proud of. But it seems that at the end of the day, I have nothing.

Is death the only way out? Maybe. For all I know, when I kill myself, I might wake up from this dream, and return to the real reality.

Today while on the way home, I was in the MRT. There were 2 couples, which I believe has down syndrome. They might have talked a little loudly in the MRT. No doubt it can be very annoying. However, they have made me realized what money can never buy for me. They showed me what love was, what is the meaning of being a friend, which I could never be.

I pray that, their lives would be better, because it is agonizing to see people like them, who are innocent and free from all evil, to suffer what man has to. I may not believe in any religion or sort, but I hope that whatever gods/deities that exist, may bless them with a good life.

What I've seen today tells me what I have, what I yearn for but can never get it.

Posting since after so long... Think I will be making this blog private.

After what I've gone through today, I've realized that there is no one who I can trust, to speak my problems to. Some might say that I'm attracting attention, or just creating unnecessary problems for others and myself. Thing is, sometimes when I comment on something in private, I don't really mean it. Which is also the reason why I don't bear grudges or hate people because of their past. To make it short, I don't judge people. I comment, I carry on with my life, interact with you if necessary, but I don't care what others or I have said in the past.

I think this is probably the reason why I'm turning up to blogger, which is rare, after I have been using tumblr for quite a while, but stopped recently, because somehow it's always about reblogging stuff... (Sorry, tumblr fans!)

Yeah but I guess no one is going to read this blog except for myself anyway.

One very meaningful lesson that I have learnt is that, no matter whatever happens, NEVER EVER TRUST ANYONE. You are not supposed to tell anyone how you feel, or whatsoever shit, because... READ THE ABOVE.

Frankly speaking, I'm not against anyone that I'm hanging out with. I would say that they are awesome, really awesome. Hanging out with them can be quite fun and interesting. If I had made any negative comments about them in the past or future, I do not mean it, because if I do, I wouldn't be hanging out with them anymore.

You know, at times when you comment on someone/something negatively out of the blue because you feel like it? Well, that's what I'm trying to say. But if I'd hurt anyone in the process of commenting, I would sincerely apologize to these people, because you mean a lot to me.

Common Test is just days away, and I've got a bad feeling that I wouldn't do well. To me, doing good means getting at least 80%, but I'm trying to get at least 90% for every module. Call me a perfectionist if you want, but that's life. You either step on someone's head, or else someone will step on your head.

It has been a fruitful 17 years of my life. I've realized that this world is cruel. Just like the saying, "Survival of the fittest". So, do you want to survive, or do you want to fall? I want to survive, hence I strive to do so.

Some may call me selfish or whatsoever, but seriously, when you have stepped out of your dreamland, you will know what I mean. You don't have to thank me for it, just know how to protect yourself.

Had INFA Common Test today... It wasn't very easy nor was it difficult. Probably just average ba. Well, there's this Credit Balance of cash at bank which almost slipped my mind just now. Cos my financial position statement couldn't be balanced. recalculated 3 times but still couldn't find the error. turns out that i mistook the credit balance of cash at bank as debit. after putting it at the liabilities side, managed to balance.

so after that, gerald, jiaxin and me went to West Mall for brunch. I managed to buy the American twister meal which was only available in the morning. hehe. Then the other two bought their lunch slighly later.

Went to MRT station after that and trained back home. Played GTA and LOL.

Why do people orientate others with other people that ain't gonna appear in their classroom for the next 3 years of their life?

I'm just a little disappointed, not because of the activities but because the orientation activities could be squeezed together so that we could actually go home earlier especially when we have to report at 0800 tomorrow. Not forgetting the fact that the orientation group is kind of screwed :/

Came back from Chuan Siang's house not too long ago as I went to pass him my HDD. Thanks for letting me use the toilet eh. :D

Anyway, woke up at 8 plus today. Surf the net awhile before going to Queenstown to get my new mouse. Hehe, I got the Microsoft Wireless Mouse 3500 for S$30 even though its not the colour that I want. But still, its a steal eh :D

Wait, actually, at the Queenstown MRT station, there's this shop called "Queens HK Bubble Tea". I bought one and drink and it taste pretty good. They are also selling some takoyaki which I didn't buy and it's a pity because I haven't had some for quite some time.

Anyway, went back to woodlands after that.

After coming back home, I took out my laptop's keyboard to access the other 2 RAM slots. I'm never opening up again because its god damn hard to take out and reinsert the keyboard. ):

Got my Lenovo Thinkpad W510 today... Hehe, I'm over the moon~

Woke up at around 7am today, I'm probably too eager to get my new laptop, hence waking up so early. First thing in the morning, I camped in the toilet. My tummy hurt a lot when I woke up, don't know whats wrong. Didn't feel that good for the entire morning.

Met KitSeng at around 11am and went to have lunch at the food court. I was a little hungry and the weird tummy feeling made it worse .__.

After eating, I went to pay my poly fees before going back to KitSeng's house as he forgot to bring his green slip, which was required when purchasing the laptop from the poly road show.

Hehe, for the first time in my life, I went to KitSeng's house eh, and that's like 4 years after we first met :D Saw his dog, quite cute but I was afraid of her. Don't know why D:

Took a stroll with his dog for awhile before taking a taxi to Ngee Ann Poly.

After reaching there, we went straight into the convention centre to view the laptops that are on sale. We went to the Fujitsu booth but no one seem to be entertaining us, hence we left.

After that we went to the HP booth, the sales person explained quite a lot and I appreciate his effort. However, I wasn't there for a HP laptop so we left. haha.

We went to the Lenovo booth and I sort of made the sales person's life difficult. He doesn't seem to be interested in his job eh, KitSeng. Too bad there wasn't any female sales people at the Lenovo booth, if not I would have bought from them.

So after making the payment, 2 sales people approached us. Turns out to be selling laptop insurance policy. haha, flirted with the sales lady for quite some time as she explained the insurance policy :P

We went home after buying the insurance policy.

Haha, having lunch with Info Comm tomorrow. (:

Hmm... I don't really know what to write because I couldn't remember where we went today.

If I remember correctly, we went for the city tour in the morning before going for lunch near our hotel.

After lunching, we went to the sea side. PS I don't know where it is. But anyway, we went to the mountain side after that. It was called Jiu Fen if im not wrong.

At night, we went to the Shi Lin Market. Most of you should have heard of it ba. HAha, the oyster mee sua and extra large chicken is damn nice :D

Day 2 @ Taiwan

Woke up at around 7 today. I'm still very tired even though I had 7 hours of sleep. I guess I'm a sleep monster. hehe.

After waking up, I had a quick shower before heading down to the restaurant near the lobby for breakfast. The good thing about this hotel is that they have 2 types of breakfast served by 2 different restaurants. The first one was International breakfast while the other was oriental. We went for oriental today. Not too bad but I wished that they have more variety of food.

We went up to the hotel room after finishing our breakfast to do our business :P

After that, we went to Taipei 101 tower to do some shopping. I actually wanted to get an Emporio Armani wallet but there's this auntie that was with us and told us to go back Singapore and buy because its more expensive in Taiwan than in Singapore.

Anyway, went for lunch at this restaurant called "Very Thai restaurant & bar". I think they have a website. Not too sure what it is. Can do a Google search if you'd like.

Time to nap. My internet service is expiring soon. That's all peeps.

PS: Dear friends, I haven't bought anything for you guys because I couldn't find anything nice. Not to worry, I'll buy something for y'all. if not, i treat you a meal ok? :P

Day 1 @ Taiwan

Just finish bathing~

Checked in at Changi airport at around 10 plus today. Actually, when my parents and I reached the airport, we walked around a little while before heading to Wang cafe for "brunch". After having brunch, we checked in and went to our boarding gate. Hehe, use the lappy awhile before going into the cabin.

Hmm... Comparing this flight to others, its not that tiring. I mean, I had a little nap while in the plane but I wasn't tired at all. Maybe its due to the fact that there's no time difference between Singapore and Taiwan. This was actually the first flight of my life that most of the air stewards are male instead of female. Let's be honest, they're really dashing. haha.

We "officially" landed at around 5 because there was a long queue at the custom. I can't say that the custom officers are inefficient because there was really a lot of people at that time.

After that, our "tour guide", who was actually just a sales person, bought some bus tickets for us to go to our hotel. The trip to the hotel was really long and I fell asleep halfway. hehe, guess I was just tired.

Note: there are really a lot of pretty ladies around here. The moment I landed in Taiwan, I can see like a hell lot. then my hotel lobby's concierge service attendants are also very pretty.

anyway, lets go back to the trip. i've taken some pictures but I can't upload them at the moment. I'll upload them to either facebook or my blog when I get back to Singapore.

ok, so after we reached the hotel, we checked in, and of course, use the computer. I didn't really have the chance to use it just now as my dad was checking his stuff.

met the rest of the group at the lobby at about 8.30pm. we took taxi to meet a boss at a chinese restaurant. I must say that Taiwaneses are really friendly! the boss' wife is also very pretty eh, even though she's rather old :P

so, during the entire dinner, they were like keep drinking red wine. the boss' wife asked me if I wanted some initially and I totally regretted telling her that I want some because I only had a glass and I was already half awake. Yea, my dad's face was like suuuper red. haha. they knew that i was "underage" but anyway, this isn't Singapore. hah.

After that, we went to Xi Men Ding. hehe, feels a little like hong kong streets. OMG, there's this stall that sells this Sugar Cane juice. But what's so special is that they actually toast the sugar cane before extracting the juice out. they also added some ginger juice into it. nevermind, I have some photos of it.

After that we went back to the hotel liao. haaha. I think I'm sleeping soon. see ya! :D

Just came back from Bugis with Justin and KitSeng.

Went to SimLim square in the early afternoon, and I sort of disturbed the sales people there. Come on, I know the specs of your machines without referring to anything. :P

After that went to Iluma for a movie. We watched "I am Number 4". Seriously why are there so many Alien movies nowadays? Thank goodness "I am Number 4" isn't that alien enough. I will recommend you to watch it but on a scale of 1 to 10 where "Inception" is like 10/10, "I am Number 4" is like 7.5/10.

FYI, I hurt my right middle finger and it sucks. I can't type a lot at the moment D:

Anyway, I seriously ate too much today for lunch D: 4 bars of kinder bueno and a pack of instant noodles.

Going to sell the ice cream tonight. And yes, its the last night that I'm doing this job. As "usual", Kevin and I are going to a nearby temple to pray first before going to sell the ice cream, wishing that we would be able to sell all of our ice cream.

After tonight, I'm going back to my dad's factory from next week onwards. Not too sure if I'm happy about that because I still prefer sitting in the aircon room, using the computer rather than going out to the workshop, sweating. LOL.

Just came back from Causeway Point. I went to the gym this morning with Justin. Ran finish my 2km and did some resistance trainings on my arm. There was this uncle who was guiding us which gym equipments to use and which ones are not recommended. Haha, he's a nice guy. Never expected him to be driving a green Tuscani until he went out of the gym. LOL.

After going to the gym, Justin and I went to Causeway Point for lunch. I ordered the chicken cutlet spaghetti which taste nice even though I miss the one that I cooked for my friends. heh, went to see some earphones and I saw one that I like. It's actually the beats by dr dre. It was priced at $369, really expensive. But if I really want it, I think I can sort it out with my parents :P

Gonna meet up with Chuan Siang, Justin and KitSeng later to sell the ice cream. Haha.

I'm halfway watching The Social Network. Wow, I didn't know that there's so much story behind Facebook's success. I sort of know why some people think that the movie is boring because there's so much technical jargon in it. LOL.

Last friday I didn't go to work at my dad's factory because I went to the gym in the morning. At night I went to sell ice cream with chuansiang, justin and kevin. And yes, I love the job more than working at my dad's because even though I only earn half of what I earn at dad's, I spent only a quarter of time selling ice cream, a fraction of effort too.

I'm going to sell the ice creams again tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to do that everyday for this week. But at the end of the day I still have to go back to my dad's factory and learn how to operate the machines because one day no matter what, I still have to take over the company.

No doubt the pay at dad's is lesser and more hard work, but the dividends that this decision will pay is a whole lot more than any other jobs that my friends can earn when they get their ass out there and work full time in the future.

Btw, can those people at twitters fix the bug on their new twitter site? I can't access really access the page on my computer. All I see is the Nav bar at the top and below it is nothing but a blank page. Settle this soon.

Hehe, I just came back from Yishun Safra. Went there with family for dinner at Eatzi Gourmet. I ordered the "Chef's Special Steak". Personally, I love the taste of the beef itself but not the sauce. So far, the only way I love beef to be cooked is in Mcdonalds' Double Cheese Burger. :P speaking of that, it's been quite some time since I've eaten that double cheese burger :D

Hmm... Chinese New Year is around the corner. I'm thinking of inviting my friends over on either 11-12 Feb. Any takers? Do let me know soon peeps. :D
